Custom made, it zips up the back, making it harder for Mikey to remove. This means we hopefully will have fewer mornings of going in to Mikey's room and finding him smiling, utterly naked, with his grobag, pyjamas, vest (onesie), shorts, tights and nappy strewn around the room.
Because he is such a houdini, he's still wearing tights under the suit in case he can get his hand up his trouser leg and whisk his nappy off.
He usually works out a way round our solutions, but I'm hoping this one will last a while.
Many thanks to Janet who makes these fab suits. You'd be surprised how much something like this can change life when you have a child with a disability. It always makes me teary when people find solutions for children like Mikey. It is such a relief to have an organisation like fledglings. We feel a bit less weird when we realise other people have the same challenges as us.
Plus, he looks like a superhero in training!
This is the best picture I could get - the boys were having a little rock-out after breakfast!
